Giveaway Rules
Mandatory entries: are often looking at the sponsors site, or social media page. Mandatory entry will also be to follow Family and Life in Las Vegas via GFC.
Entry methods: Entries will be comments on the giveaway post. To enter a giveaway, one must perform a task and then comment on the post that it was completed.
Eligibility: Giveaways are open to residents of the U.S. only. Unless clearly stated. (US/CAN or WW) will be placed in post title as well as directions in the post.
Time Period: Giveaways begin at the time the blog entry is posted, and end on the date and time specified at the bottom of the post. Currently ending times are EST.
No purchase necessary: No purchase will ever be required to enter a giveaway. Occasionally purchasing an item will get you extra entries to said giveaway and if that is the case all entrants have the same option to purchase and get extra entries.
Odds of winning will vary based on the number of entrants in each giveaway.
Winners: will be chosen using Rafflecopter and Random.org unless stated otherwise. Winners will be notified by email, using the email address posted in the comment that was left. The winner will be announced in a new blog post in a timely fashion.
Claiming a Prize: If the winner does not respond to my email notification within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and the sponsor then has no obligation to fulfill the giveaway. A new winner will be picked after 48 hour time period.
Privacy: I DO NOT sell nor will I ever sell your information. If you enter a giveaway, the information provided will be made public on my blog (anyone can read comments). I strongly suggest you use (at) and (dot) in your email to try to prevent bots from getting your email addresses. (Only in body of comment.) If you win a giveaway, your name, address, phone number, email, and other information requested by the sponsor may be required. This information will only be used so that you may receive your prize and will only be shared with the sponsor.
Family and Life in Las Vegas is not liable for technical difficulty or any other situation that may keep your entry to a giveaway from being counted. (I am always able to help by manually checking if you are concerned about your entry.) Family and Life in Las Vegas is also not responsible for lost or missing prizes or damaged prizes.
